Refund policy
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customised items are not applicable for returns/exchanges unless damaged or incorrectly printed/made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return:
- please send your request to hello@artbybossa.com.au.
- If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible to cover shipping costs.
- As soon as your return is accepted, you will receive a notification from our team.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We package your item really carefully to ensure it will get to you safe and in perfect conditions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and take immediate action.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised items cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, please get in touch with us on hello@artbybossa.com.au so that we can proceed with your return. The original item will need to be sent to Bossa Nova (156 Elgin St, Melbourne - VIC).
We will proceed with the replacement item as soon as the original item is returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
